Security Management

Compliance to customer's security policy and process e.g. government IM8 security policy

Monitor and track security advisory assessment and recommendation

Develop and maintain Security hardening standards and polices

Perform routine compliance checks from security perspective and remediate non-compliance.

Prepare information systems security policies and action plans;

Evaluate information security products for use within the client's environment;

Manage and conduct investigations into any alleged computer, server, database or network security compromises, incidents, or problems;

24 x 7 standby support

24 x 7 standby support and to go onsite as and when required

Lead and monitor & measure the performance & availability of Security Services proactively; implement corrective actions identified to improve performance & availability

Lead and monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the Security Services; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.

Ensure service level meet requirement. Propose and implement action plan when required.

Lead and monitor Security Services according to standard operations procedures.

Security Audit

Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all security audits, including Government Audits e.g. AGO, AIISA, application, infra audits and internal audits, e.g. IQA, ISO 20k, ISO 27k etc.

End-to-end fronting, tracking and monitoring of the security audit till closure.

Certifications

Information Technology Infrastructure Library ITIL, for their security management, governance framework and operation processes.

Internationally-recognised security certifications such as Certified IS Security Professional (CISSP), SAN GIAC certifications, etc

Other tasks

Conduct any other tasks as required of a Security Officer and Security Manager

Conform to ITIL Service Management practises
