Job Description:
- Drafting and modelling using AutoCAD and BIM Revit software
- Support the team in required design & drawings
- Prepares, update and modifies M&E services drawings.
- Prepares 2D and 3D system and site drawings according to requirements
- Preparation and submission of shop drawings
- Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission
- Diagrams update as and when required
- Site inspections. Coordination of works and liaison with PM, client (when needed) and third parties.
- System Design, Settowork, testing and commissioning
- Preparation and submission of system and site documents.
Requirements:
- Background experience in BIM Revit software & AutoCAD is a must.
- Knowledge in PA Systems, Fireman Intercom and CATV Systems will be an advantage.
