    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for managing and verifying staff attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to record and monitor staff attendance on a daily basis.
    • Ensure accurate and timely entry of attendance data, including clock-in/out times, leave requests, and other relevant information.
    • Conduct regular audits and verifications of attendance records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to attendance, collaborating with relevant departments as needed.
    • Generate and analyze attendance reports on a regular basis, providing insights to HR and management for decision-making purposes.
    • Collaborate with HR team members and department heads to address attendance-related queries and concerns.
    • Communicate attendance policies and procedures to employees
    • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

    Requirements:

    • Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Construction or related majors
    • More than 2 years of experience in a similar role, and experience in construction industry will be a plus
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to attendance
    • Willing to learn, enthusiastic, teamwork and problem solving is a must
    • 5days work week
