- Responsible for managing and verifying staff attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to record and monitor staff attendance on a daily basis.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of attendance data, including clock-in/out times, leave requests, and other relevant information.
- Conduct regular audits and verifications of attendance records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to attendance, collaborating with relevant departments as needed.
- Generate and analyze attendance reports on a regular basis, providing insights to HR and management for decision-making purposes.
- Collaborate with HR team members and department heads to address attendance-related queries and concerns.
- Communicate attendance policies and procedures to employees
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
- Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Construction or related majors
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar role, and experience in construction industry will be a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to attendance
- Willing to learn, enthusiastic, teamwork and problem solving is a must
- 5days work week
