MAIN PURPOSE
The Richemont TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST Is responsible to Identify learning needs and to work with various functions and brands stakeholders to curate and develop learning and development solutions for contact centre ambassadors


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement and conduct L&D strategies and training programmes that are aligned with the organisation's objectives
  • Curate, develop and acquire training procedure manuals, guides, and training/course materials.
  • Cultivate engaging and collaborative working relationship with stakeholders
  • Inspire curiosity and passion for learning
  • Assess and recommend contact centre talent development plans
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
  • Provide a reliable point of contact for all learning and development matters
  • Provide administrative support in the planning and delivery of L&D events

PROFILE

  • Proven work experience as a trainer for 3+ years.
  • Experience in Training/People Development for Retail / luxury brands contact centre staff
  • Able to "speak the Retail language"
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively
  • Capability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Be a selfstarter with the ability to learn quickly
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Must have relevant experience in Vonage and Salesforce systems.
