Responsibilities:


Recruitment

  • Support the recruitment process which includes posting Job Advertisement, CVs screening, Interviews, Selection, Contract Administration and Offer.
  • Manage all Work Pass Applications, Renewals, and related matters.
  • Provide support to HoD and HR Team Lead in conducting market salary survey and benchmarking to determine competitiveness.
  • Assist to generate staff movement reports and preparation of presentation materials as and when required.
  • Assist to organize recruitment job fairs whenever required.

HRBP

  • Work closely with HoD and HR Team Lead to develop alternative solutions for staff retention.
  • Assist with exit interviews and relevant data collection.
  • Conduct onboarding orientation for newcomers.
  • Assist HoD, HR Team Lead and Operation Team (Including Centre Supervisors) to manage employee relation and performance issues whenever required.
  • Perform the role as HR advisor to Operation Team pertaining to queries on employment terms and guidelines.
  • Attend to queries pertaining to Human Resource Information System (HRIS) whenever required.
  • Assist with yearly performance appraisal exercise and conduct refresher training as required.

Administration

  • Responsible to ensure accurate and timely execution of HR administration and system update for matters related to New Joiners, Contract Renewal, Confirmation, Staff Movement and, etc.
  • Update new employee's data into HRIS and ensure the HRIS database is accurate and updated whenever there are changes to employee's progression or movement status.
  • Work closely with payroll team to ensure timely submission of staff's details for salary computations.

Requirements:


  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resource experience
  • Good analytical, time management, follow ups and organization skill.
  • A positive team player who is discreet, selfmotivated, proactive, independent, and meticulous.
