Our client is a Japanese company, specializing in Factory Automation. They are looking for a Customer Service Staff.【What you will be working on】
- Arrange deliveries and shipments for local and overseas customers and prepare daytoday documents for delivery.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations Support and Warehouse teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of services.
- Liaise with headquarters and overseas offices to address customer requests and concerns related to delivery.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirement:
- 【What they are looking for】
- Minimum "O" Levels
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Passionate, hardworking, and wellorganized professional with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to work under stress and adapt to fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Proficient in PC skills (knowledge of MS Office is necessary).
Working Hour: 8:30 ~ 17:30
