Objective:

3 months: Diverse kinds of training with internal active & hands on projects including supporting our overseas businesses to solve our REAL issues on ground.

・Pass the assessment of kitchen & bar within 6 months.
・Training to become Assistant Manager/Outlet in charge
・Handle operations alone
・Able to train new staff
・Ensure CX/EX (Customers experience / Employee experience)
・Figure Management (Setting targets and Analysis)
・Outlet schedule
→Plan & Manage working shifts and labor costs
・Outlet ordering
・Daily and Monthly inventory
→Manage COGS (Forecasting/Ordering/Inventory)


Requirements:
・1 year experience in food and beverage industry, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
・Minimum Diploma and above
・Strong leadership skills and team motivator
・Ability to analyse and solve problems
・Good communication and interpersonal skills
