Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT) is a business trust listed on the SGX.

KIT's portfolio of strategic infrastructure businesses and assets provide essential products and services to a wide array of customers including government agencies, multinational corporations, commercial and industrial enterprises as well as retail consumers.

The roles sit within the Asset Management team, and you will support in the development, review, and implementation of asset management strategies for KIT's portfolio of assets.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
Support the team to drive asset outperformance, regulatory compliance and HSSE matters.-
Support in ensuring projects deliverables such as cybersecurity compliance to the Cybersecurity Act and the wider Keppel Group requirements, KIT's digital transformation at both KIT and asset levels.-
Assist in the planning and implementation of asset enhancement projects such as asset reliability, efficiency improvement and optimalization.-
Support in the implementation of ESG initiatives such as installation of solar PV system and administering of Renewables Energy Certificate (RECs).-
Participate in new acquisition due diligence and post-deal integration
Learning Outcomes:
Gaining a good understanding on how infra assets are operated.
Gaining experience in financial and operational management of assets acquired through direct investment.
Participating in the management of key assets under KIT's portfolio.
Supporting bolt on acquisitions, to get familiarized with investment evaluation criteria, due diligence and documentation.
Gaining experience in stakeholder management, such as regulators, contractors, asset level management teams.
