We are looking for an Finance Executive to join us on a part time basis & we are able to be flexible with working time.

In this role you will focus on ensuring that all of our payables within the company are accurate and up to date across our wide variety of projects.

What you'll be doing:

Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) processes
Executing day to day Accounts Payable transactions and reconciliation, including verifying, and creating all supplier bills
Crosscollaborate with Account Managers and Account Directors to perform weekly and monthly credit cards bill creation and reconciliation
Expense claims reviews
Creation and reconciliation of all payment vouchers
Preparation of weekly Accounts Payable report for payment cycles
Maintain fixed assets register, prepayment schedules and deposits schedules
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned

About You:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting and Finance
Experience using Xero accounting software is highly advantageous
Good communication skills
Comfortable with working in an organisation with people from diverse cultures, nationalities, and backgrounds
Organised and meticulous, with a good attention to detail
A selfstarter who is eager to learn and adapt
Tenacious and able to work in a fastpaced environment
