    Job Description:

    DocMed Technologies is a subsidiary of Hyphens Group leading the healthtech/pharmatech revolution in Asia. We are searching for an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to spearhead the growth of our E-Commerce business. As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our E-Commerce operations, from strategic planning to execution. Your primary objective will be to drive expansion of the marketplace, continuously improve user experience, and maximize profitability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of E-Commerce strategy and digital roadmap to achieve business objectives.

    Commercial Operations: Oversee the entire commercialization and operation of our E-Commerce business, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.

    Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with key partners to drive collaboration and maximize growth opportunities

    Content Strategy: Devise and implement a comprehensive content strategy, including promotional campaigns aimed at increasing transaction volumes and fostering customer engagement.

    Financial Management: Take full accountability for the E-Commerce Profit & Loss (P&L), driving revenue growth and cost optimization initiatives.

    Team Leadership: Lead and manage a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

    Requirements:

    Experience: Business leader with 7- 10 years of proven success in E-Commerce management, preferably within the healthcare industry (Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health, Medical Devices).

    Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs), including their needs, preferences, and purchasing behaviour.

    Technological Proficiency: Technologically savvy with a focus on user experience, adept at leveraging technology to enhance E-Commerce operations and customer experience. Stays at the forefront of technological advancements.

    Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability.

    Entrepreneurial Spirit: Has experience launching or working in a start-up environment. Embraces dynamism, is resilient and unfazed by failure. Has the ability to adapt to challenges and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
