FINANCE EXECUTIVE (ACCOUNTING BOOKKEEPER)
5 Days Working (9am to 6pm)
Location: 30 Mohamed Sultan Rd, Singapore Near to Clark Quay)
- Handle Full Sets of Accounts and Ensure that the records are maintained in Accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- Processing daytoday financial transactions including Invoice processing, bookkeeping, billing, collections and payments
- Prepare bank statement reconciliation
- Assist in monthend closing activities
- Preparation of GST and Corporate Income Tax Returns
- Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly and yearly financial management reports
- Assist in the preparation of yearend statutory accounts
- Assist in preparing audit schedules
- Assist Financial Manager in budgeting and forcecasting
- Maintain strict confidentiality on company and clients information
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by the FM.
