    Roles & Responsibilities

    Internal & External Events and Meeting Management

    a) Drive and execute internal and external meetings and events

    b) Organise F&B for all meetings and events – Purchase, set-up

    c) Co-ordinate with F&B vendors on purchase, delivery and any issues

    d) Coordinate with housekeeping staff for internal meetings and events for event and meeting set-up and reinstate

    e) Coordinate with movers for internal meetings and events set up and reinstate

    f) Coordinate with vendors for external meetings and events

    g) Coordinate with building management on car park requirement for meetings and events

    Office Supplies Procurement Management (Pantry & Stationery)

    a) Prepare and manage office supplies inventory

    b) Prepare indenting file for office supplies procurement

    c) Liaise with vendor to either procure goods or services

    d) Receive and verify delivery orders of the office supplies

    e) Handle stationery supply requirement gathering, procurement and distribution to various projects in the Changi Office

    Prepare and manage senior management room and F&B requirements when required.
