Operation Executive

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operation Executive to oversee and optimize our company's operational processes. As an Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and maximizing productivity. You will be responsible for streamlining procedures, implementing effective strategies, and driving continuous improvement across various departments.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement operational strategies: Collaborate with senior management to define and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operations and develop and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
  • Team management: Oversee and provide leadership to the operations team, ensuring effective coordination and communication between departments. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Quality control: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product/service delivery. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Vendor management: Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to optimize operational processes.
  • Budget management: Assist in the development and management of the operations budget. Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and implement costsaving measures while maintaining quality standards.
  • Compliance and risk management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Identify and mitigate operational risks and implement appropriate control measures.

Requirements:


  • Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven work experience in operations management, preferably in a similar role.
Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
  • Leadership and team management: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams. Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and effective communication across departments.
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking: Exceptional problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset. Ability to make quick and effective decisions in highpressure situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Adaptability and resilience: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle challenges proactively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
