Description
Job Responsibility:
- To wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking, and to verify that the prepared food meets the require quality and quantity.
- To adhere strictly to all established standard operating procedures.
- To be in total compliance with the recipe book
- Work according the instruction of Superiors
- Organizes, prepare and setting up.
- Prepare daily misenplace and food production in different sections of the main kitchen
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety
- Perform all other adhoc as assigned by management and supervisors.
Requirements:
- Attendance, productivity, quality and safety of work
- Must be flexible and able to work during our peak times including weekends and public holiday.
- Willing to learn, selfmotivated efficient.
- Able to minimize the wastage foods and beverages used in the kitchen
- Compliance with rules. Regulations and adequate disciplinary policies.
- General attitude, grooming and team spirit.
- Fluent in both English preferred
