Job Responsibility:


  • To wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking, and to verify that the prepared food meets the require quality and quantity.
  • To adhere strictly to all established standard operating procedures.
  • To be in total compliance with the recipe book
  • Work according the instruction of Superiors
  • Organizes, prepare and setting up.
  • Prepare daily misenplace and food production in different sections of the main kitchen
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety
  • Perform all other adhoc as assigned by management and supervisors.

Requirements:


  • Attendance, productivity, quality and safety of work
  • Must be flexible and able to work during our peak times including weekends and public holiday.
  • Willing to learn, selfmotivated efficient.
  • Able to minimize the wastage foods and beverages used in the kitchen
  • Compliance with rules. Regulations and adequate disciplinary policies.
  • General attitude, grooming and team spirit.
  • Fluent in both English preferred
