About the role:

I am partnering a client in the E-commerce retail industry whom have presence across the globe. Currently, they are looking for a Senior FP&A Lead to head up their FP&A team with 1-2 direct report. Candidate must come with strong e-commerce/retail and 3PL background with good knowledge in cost and storage optimization, preferably with regional background covering Australia or US market.

Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and forecasting, develop and deliver monthly management reporting
• Variance analysis - Identify and analysis of key drivers
• Finance Business Partnering with logistics/marketing team on cost, funneling or warehouse storage

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accounting/Finance or related fields
• At least 8 years of FP&A experience with 3 years at a group level, preferably leading a small team
• Must come with strong e-commerce/retail background and regional exposure (Australia/US)
