Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Design and execute effective hiring strategies for both whitecollar and bluecollar positions, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and job boards to support hiring efforts.
  • Create and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, including conducting surveys and implementing action plans based on feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, working closely with finance and administration teams.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on peoplerelated matters.
  • Perform handson operational work as needed, including assisting with HR administrative tasks and resolving employee relations issues.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in full employee lifecycle management and compliance with employment laws.
  • Proven track record in whitecollar and bluecollar recruitment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Experience in training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate with department heads and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills for datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Handson approach to HR operations and problemsolving.
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and fostering an inclusive culture.
