Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with regional business leaders and HR team to drive a high performance culture for local team by identifying business needs and translating into HR initiatives in terms of people development, employee relations, employee engagement and talent acquisition.
  • Ensure full compliance within the framework of local policies and jurisdictions in different countries. Act as an expert in HR matters and provide effective HR advisory to internal employees.
  • Manage the full spectrum of employee experience from onboarding to offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Manage employee related information kept uptodate in HRIS in compliant with company's policies. Analyze data, provide report and insights to define organizational needs and develop people and retention solutions.
  • Support and manage the periodical compensation review, job matching exercise and other ad hoc topics, in partnership with local vendors, global compensation and benefits teams to manage the monthly payroll.
  • Initiate people engagement activities to enhance our inclusive and diversified culture, and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Contribute to the broader regional HR agenda as a member of the HR team. Partner with central HR functional teams to continuously optimize various internal processes and implement planned projects to enhance employee experience as well as business efficacy.
  • Establish effective relationships with local vendors and agencies, provide oversight on the SLA.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Proven work experience of 58 years solid work experience in related HR function
  • Knowledge of labor legislations in the local market is a must
  • Good business acumen and high adaptability to the performance driven and fasterthanaverage paced culture, and be able to work under pressure
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate (influence and challenge when appropriate) effectively with senior executives and stakeholders
  • Reliable, responsible, selfmotivated and selfdisciplined, with attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving skills, good logical thinking, digital savvy and a fast learner
  • Fluency in English
