- Planning and project management for major and ad-hoc events for TSA HQ and Centres (where necessary)
- Sourcing and co-ordinating all necessary vendor
- Sourcing and liasing with key event stakeholders and speakers
- Co-ordinating all logistical requirements
- Execute event communications plan for pre, actual, and post event
- Analytics for event performance metrics
- Arrange recruitment and selection activities for volunteers.
- Perform reactivation and reignition activities for passive volunteers.
- Carry out risk management measures for volunteers with the programme team.
- Design volunteer policies and processes and review existing ones.
- Conduct needs analyses for volunteer programmes.
- Conduct volunteer recognition and engagement activities.
- Conduct volunteer training programmes.
- Develop requirements for volunteer profiles.
- Ensure volunteer policies and processes are followed in programmes.
- Maintain engagement with key stakeholders and volunteers through various platforms.
- Maintain relationships with grassroots and community service organisations for volunteer recruitment.
- Maintain volunteer database and training records.
- Match volunteers to appropriate initiatives and programmes across our centres.
- Manage and nurture new and existing corporate CSR and ESG partnerships.
- Work with social service organisations, community stakeholders, corporate partners and agencies to develop volunteer programmes.
- You might be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks to support the team relating to marketing communications if the situation arises.
- Given the nature of the role, you might be required to work on weekends (fortnightly) to support various events for both HQ and centres.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful volunteer recruitment and retainment strategies
- Ability to conduct training and briefings to larges audiences
- Ability to work with educational institutions on recruitment
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
