Claims Assistant/administrator - Singapore - YKB GROUP PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Check patients' eligibility of dental benefits
- Check validity of claims prior to data entry into system
- Check entry of dental claims by clinics within a strict timeline
- Update incoming claims to clinic software
- Attend to rejected claims
- Able to solve operational and system issues
- Ensuring claim settlement is concluded within the agreed turnaround time
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Team player
- Problem solver
- Meticulous and detailed at work with accuracy of data entries into system
- Willing to learn and adaptable to working environment with mínimal supervision
- Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a facepaced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
