Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily sales activities, including closing sales through up-selling and coss-selling

• Work as a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Engage customers, respond to queries and provide outstanding customer service

• Ensure effective inventory management

• Able to operate and perform all POS functions and cashier accurately

• Ensure shop cleanliness and tidiness throughout the sales floor

• Handle new stock arrivals and inter-outlet transfers

• Assist in shop merchandise display whenever there are new arrivals or store promotions

Requirements:

• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
