Description
Perform timely material planning and raise PO

  • Follow up delivery to Vendor for confirmed PO in order to meet the targeted schedule
  • Work with the operations team on a material purchasing plan to support production and ensure continuous material apply
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by working closely with the operations team
  • Maintain strategic relationships with vendors, negotiate best rates and credit teams
  • Measure and manage the vendor's cost, quality and delivery performance
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:


  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels qualification
  • A minimum of 1 year of related work experience
  • Advanced systems skills and working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, with advanced Excel knowledge
