Key Duties as Site Supervisor Involves:

Carried out toolbox meeting with site safety supervisor to brief on-site workers about job scope and potential hazards
Supervised and ensured onsite workers, including subcontractors, to follow all safety and quality procedures.
Monitor and track onsite progress, to ensure all work is completed on time with required quality standards
Conducted onsite safety induction and ensure workers are welltrained on safety procedures
Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledge in project management.
Prepared all onsite documentation, ensure all changes of specification of construction drawings is updated for site.
Updated onsite progress to project manager and resolved onsite issued and reported to project manager
