Description
**Responsibilities:

Structural Design and Autocad Drafting:


  • Create structural drawings using Autocad for Photovoltaic (PV) systems
  • Conduct site surveys to assess structural requirements
  • Generate postsite survey reports and Bill of Materials (BOM) lists
  • Manage project timeline and manpower projection

Electrical Autocad Drafting:


  • Produce singleline drawings, lighting plans, and power plans for solar projects

Electrical Quantity Surveying (QS):


  • Handle tender processes, quotations, and purchase electrical components

Site Supervision & Engineering:


  • Attend meetings to discuss project progress and milestones
  • Oversee site work based on tender and construction drawings
  • Provide input on variations (VO) and implement changes

QAQC and Solar Irradiance Testing:


  • Develop and implement QAQC checklists
  • Perform tests using solar irradiance meters

Risk Assessment (RA) and Safety Compliance:

  • Conduct risk assessments and prepare safety-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards according to Singapore regulations

Project Management:


  • Develop and maintain project timelines and manpower projections
  • Provide weekly progress updates and ensure project compliance

Experience and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in building construction management, or related field
years experience in solar energy project management and site engineering

  • Proficient in Autocad
  • Certifications in Bizsafe Level 2, MWAH, Safety Coordinator/Safety Certifications and First Aid
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and structural design for solar projects
