    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing and managing the successful launch of new software as a service (SaaS) products or features in collaboration with our partners and subsidiaries
    • Strong project management, communication, skills, along with a deep understanding of SaaS technology, market trends, and customer needs
    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as product management, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality products to market
    • Collaborate with IT, Procurement, and business stakeholders to identify and document all SaaS applications requirements and subscriptions throughout the various subsidiaries
    • Create an ongoing transparent and continuously updated inventory of SaaS instances accessible to subsidiaries and cost center owners
    • Manage SaaS application life cycles including the creation of a SaaS renewal calendar; build a documented, collaborative evaluation process; and develop action plans for upcoming renewal dates
    • Develops ongoing partnerships with IT, sourcing, vendor management and individual department managers to increase organizational ROI
    • Helps stakeholders find the most effective tools to increase business effectiveness
    • Manage risks and issues that may impact the launch of new features and functions, and implement contingency plans as necessary to mitigate potential delays or setbacks
    • Coordinate and lead launch-related meetings, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring all team members are well-prepared and aligned on goals and objectives
    • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure they are well-equipped to support new product launches
    • Monitor and analyze post-launch performance, gather customer feedback, and use this information to drive continuous improvement and inform future launches
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all launch-related and current activites

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
    • Proven experience in product launch management, preferably within the SaaS industry
    • Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
    • Solid understanding of SaaS technologies, business models, and customer needs
    • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills
    • Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Project
    • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
    • Ability to meet deadlines, self-management skills
    • Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service mindedness

    • Conversational Korean is a plus (not mandatory
    • Experience managing Sprinklr, Salesforce, Zendesk, Genesys Cloud, or similar platforms will be advantageous
    • Working location: Mapletree Business City, Pasir Panjang
