Boarding Officer Driver - Singapore - AMOS INTERNATIONAL (S) PTE. LTD.
Description
Key Job Responsibilties
- To attend onboard vessel at PSA/ drydocks/ anchorage/ OPL.
- To ensure cargo delivered on time and in a safe manner.
- To ensure all delivery orders are stamped, signed and brought back to office for processing.
- To relay messages between company and vessel.
- Require Class 4 driving license.
- Perform collection and delivery of goods/materials to required destination
- Ensure safe lifting operation to vehicle
- Assist loading and unloading of goods from vehicle
- Responsible for daily inspectiopn of lorry
- Maintaining of cleanliness and safety of vehicle
- Collect cash, returns and off land from vessels if needed, settle all documents and upload into system once job completed.
- Maintaining relationship with crews, to relay messages between office and vessel
- Uploading of documents until mobile Apps
- Ensure DOs are endorsed and return to office
- Performing adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Work Experience Requirements
- Prior experience in marine supplies would be an advantage.
- Certified in Rigging and Signalling
- Familiar with PSA ports, Penjuru Terminal, Marina South Wharves and Singapore Shipyards regulations.
Education Requirements
- Singapore Class 4 driving license
- Proficient in basic English, both written and spoken

- Contribute and promote the measurement of using quality management knowledge to drive and enhance quality standards.
- Drive WSH activities to ensure department's compliance to requirements.
- Manage safety and health risk assessment. Lead proactive changes based on WSH risk assessment reports to determine hazards.
- Influence behavioural changes to resolve areas of nonconformance to WSH standards.
- Perform transport operations risks assessment and evaluate effectiveness to develop and manage risk mitigation plans.
- Drive the 5S standard as stipulated by the Company for the support of Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
- Collaborate to ensure our collective environmental/sustainability goals are met.
- Facilitate sustainability activities by using processes that are nonpolluting, energy and resourcesaving, economically efficient and safe for workers, communities, and consumers.
