    Job Responsibilities
    1) Responsible for business development and origination for the bank by bringing in and managing relationship with new and existing clients, to generate targeted sales and profit objectives.
    2) Provide expertise and highly specialized financial advisory and solution to new and existing clients with deep industry knowledge in the overall energy space including oil & gas and power etc. Structuring of green finance and transition finance is required.
    3) Conduct due diligence of projects, coordinating with technical consultants, market consultants, legal counsel, accountants, etc.
    4) Negotiate deal/ debt arrangement services, financing terms and conditions with clients.
    5) Maintain and develop good business relationship with other banks in the market to explore potential collaborations on new business opportunities.
    6) Support and assist Management on strategic direction for new business areas i.e. renewable energy, green financing.
    7) Solve complex problems or guide other team members in resolving issues arising in course of execution of new business opportunities e.g. coaching on cash flow modeling and to function as Team consultant/checker on cash flow model built by other team member.
    8) Maintain and develop good relationship with Head Office and relevant branches/offices to facilitate execution of new transactions.

    Job Requirements
    • A Bachelor degree
    • At least 15 years experience in Project Finance
    • Vast experience in originating, advising, and structuring financing for specific large-scale, long-term projects for corporate and government clients
    • Experience in project financing in sectors such as conventional power, renewable energy, infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships or private finance initiatives is preferred. Structuring green finance and transition finance is required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
