Roles & Responsibilities

  • In charge of inspections for FA incoming, outgoing and inprocess or outgoing parts in accordance with work instructions
  • Ensure inhouse or outsource machining parts are in good conditions with no visual defect and within dimension tolerance before delivery.
  • Perform inspection using tools and equipment such as CMM, calipers, gages etc
  • Follow up on quality issues rejected to in house/outsource.
  • Prepare and filling of QC Inspection Reports
  • Follow up NCR return by customer.
  • Report to Supervisor on quality issue on daily inspection
  • Maintain all inspection equipment, gages, machine maintenance and area cleaning.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • At least 1 year of working experience, in QC or QA
  • Able to interpret technical drawings
  • Competent in CMM
  • Competent in inspection tools
