    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job responsibilities:

    • Understand market trends and monitor competitive activities in Asia.
    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the organisation.
    • Produce content for our website and social media platforms that attract and convert our target groups.
    • Increase customer engagement and business visibility in online searches through successful
    • Proficient in SEO and SEM.
    • Design, build and maintain the company's social media accounts.
    • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis.
    • Provide admin support to Sales & Project team
    • Prepare purchase order, delivery order, sales order, tax invoices and other documents
    • Handle internal & external co-ordination of purchase order
    • Assist in purchasing and liaise with suppliers & customers for delivery schedule


    Requirement:

    • Min ITE/ Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration or any other relevant field of studies
    • Min 1 year of relevant working experience in purchasing and office admin
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Good working attitude and with ability to communicate well
    • Meticulous and detail oriented
    • Ability to work independently and as a team player
