About the Team
The global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses.

The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok users and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats.

Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated intern for the TikTok Monetization Integrity Global Services Team in Singapore.

The intern will assist in writing reports, analyzing data, following up on insights and action items and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career in project management.

The role is a global role and will work directly with the Global Head of Services for Monetization Integrity / Global Services PMO for TikTok.

Role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs
Perform research and analysis in support of operational improvement
Assist in resolving business issues
Assist following up on key action items for strategic projects
Liase with key stakeholders globally for insights on key projects and processes
Assist to facilitate leadership cadences amongst global services leaders

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Undergraduate or graduate students; Business Managment /Administration or related major
Experience with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Detail oriented, great communicator and meticulous planner
