    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Director. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and possessing exceptional communication skills. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can anticipate the Director's needs and ensure a seamless workflow.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management and coordination.
    • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while considering cost-effective options.
    • Assist in organizing meetings, including logistical arrangements and material preparation.
    • Compile information for various projects and presentations.
    • Maintain confidential and sensitive information, exercising discretion and professionalism at all times.
    • Act as a liaison between the Director and other departments, teams, and external stakeholders.
    • Generate various reports
    • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

    Requirements:

    • Proficient in MS Office applications
    • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communications skills
    • Comfortable to work in a face paced environment
