- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while considering cost-effective options.
- Assist in organizing meetings, including logistical arrangements and material preparation.
- Compile information for various projects and presentations.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information, exercising discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and other departments, teams, and external stakeholders.
- Generate various reports
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
