Description

We are looking for Mechanical & Electrical Engineer who can manage, coordinate, supervise the project or alterations and extensions to existing properties or other structure.

You must have background in supervising, organising, and monitoring the progress of a project and work closely with main con, project manager to ensure the project is proceeding as planned.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and management of all M&E works
Assists in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
Assist in preparation and submission of tender, artwork, documents by following project plan and drawings.
Knowledge of reviewing drawings, contracts, and quantity requirement
Monitor and plan manpower accordingly for daily work including maintenance, material costing, tools, and equipment needed.
To coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of work schedule.
Oversee project activities, progress, planning and implementing according to project timeline.
Responsible for the timely completion of works and effective utilization of labour and materials.
Prepare quotation, reports, contracts, budgets, rise assessment and other documents.
Ensure project meet authorities' requirements.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Construction industry
Knowledge in AutoCAD and other design software, MS Project, MS office will be added advantage.
Possess the right attitude with good interpersonal, communication skills and meticulous.
Strong ability to work independently under tight deadlines and good organization skills.
Travel from office to site and when required.
Salary Range from $3,000 to $4,500
