Description

The position of Research & Manufacturing Manager is response for overseeing the R&D, manufacturing and technical support of the Research & Manufacturing Department.

• The R&D Manager accountability and responsibility is a key element of our Health and Safety Framework. To achieve our Zero Incidents, Zero Harm core value, leaders and employees across our entire organization must take accountability for health and safety.
• R&D Manager responsible for overseeing all the works carried out in the Research & Manufacturing Department.
• Responsible for R&D, manufacturing, safety, technological development and enhancement.
• Job scoops include communicating and coordinating with relevant departments to facilitate R&D and technical support.
• Planning and execute the work of the department to ensure the completion of the tasks.
• R&D Manager shall as well response for the performance appraisal of the department, reporting to the relevant top management, and taking the leadership responsibility for the above works.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the management.
• Other duties as required.

• Degree in Engineering
• Oil & Gas upstream work experience in machinery
• 3 to 5 years experience in related JD
• Inhouse Chinese Software system
• Experience leading a team
• Time management is crucial
