Position: Admin Assistant (Admin / Support/ Invoice):

Location: Orchard:

Working hours: Monday
- Friday: 9am 6.
00pm/ 5 Days per week:

Salary : $2000 to $2500:

Duration: Permanent
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage company's general administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist to key billing/invoices.
- Update and maintain proper filing systems and records.
- Provides coordination support to the team.
- Perform other adhoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Have good communication skills and fluent in common language
- A good team player
- GCE'N' Level / GCE 'O' Level
- Min 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to multitask
Ability to work both independently and as a team
Hardworking, meticulous, responsible and have good time management
