Position: Admin Assistant (Admin / Support/ Invoice):

Location: Orchard:

Working hours: Monday
  • Friday: 9am 6.

00pm/ 5 Days per week:

Salary : $2000 to $2500:

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:


  • Manage company's general administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist to key billing/invoices.
  • Update and maintain proper filing systems and records.
  • Provides coordination support to the team.
  • Perform other adhoc administrative duties.

Requirements:


  • Have good communication skills and fluent in common language
  • A good team player
  • GCE'N' Level / GCE 'O' Level
  • Min 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Ability to multitask
Able to start work immediately or with short notice

Ability to work both independently and as a team

Hardworking, meticulous, responsible and have good time management
