- Represent the Company in professional manner and maintaining of a positive attitude.
- Identifying and solving customers' needs by providing accurate information and advices.
- Handle complaints and providing of solutions.
- Coordinate within internal/external stakeholders such as customers, contractors, workshops.
- Preparing of quotation and raising of work orders.
- Raising of job orders to workshops and contractors.
- Liaise with controllers/contractors on service/repair quality and price of work.
- Updating of schedule/collection appointment.
- Following up and providing of feedbacks.
- Performing of investigation into customers' complaints and rectify the problems.
- Escalating to supervisors.
- Ad-hoc duties
- Experience in customer-front facing and dealing of enquiries/complaints.
- Able to work on a 5.5 days work weeks.
