    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Represent the Company in professional manner and maintaining of a positive attitude.
    • Identifying and solving customers' needs by providing accurate information and advices.
    • Handle complaints and providing of solutions.
    • Coordinate within internal/external stakeholders such as customers, contractors, workshops.
    • Preparing of quotation and raising of work orders.
    • Raising of job orders to workshops and contractors.
    • Liaise with controllers/contractors on service/repair quality and price of work.
    • Updating of schedule/collection appointment.
    • Following up and providing of feedbacks.
    • Performing of investigation into customers' complaints and rectify the problems.
    • Escalating to supervisors.
    • Ad-hoc duties

    Requirements:

    • Experience in customer-front facing and dealing of enquiries/complaints.
    • Able to work on a 5.5 days work weeks.
