Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for full set of accounts and management reporting
•Including preparing of Monthly Management Report, GST Report, Annual Tax Report
• Monitoring of AR/AP
• Perform intercompany reconciliation monthly and settlement
• Invoice Financing and Docs Preparation / Verification (if Bank required)
• Update Bank Balances and Cash Flow Planning
• AGM Reporting and liaise with Company Secretary
• Ensure compliance with all statutory filings
• Assist with the completion of the annual audit process and the preparation of the audited financial report.
• Review the work done by accounts assistant and assist in ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in full set of accounts.
• Experience or exposure to manufacturing industry is an advantages
• Good working knowledge in MS Excel
• Comfortable with fast pace environment
· Must be able to work night shift and split shift
· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
