Medical Officer - Singapore - SUNLOVE ABODE FOR INTELLECTUALLY-INFIRMED LTD
Description
Job Scope:
- Resposible for daily consultation of Sunlove residents' / clients' condition
- Provide medical consultation and medication tothe needy residents during the free clinic session in various locations.
- Review all newly admitted residents and returning cases (from residents' homes or other institutions) within 48 hours of admission
- Review each resident's meidication at least once every month or ealier when required
- Document in the resident's medical notes, any change in the resident's condition and any review of medical care and treatment
- Conduct and faciliate Advacne Care PLanning conversations with residents and their family/representatives or caregivers.
- Conduct quarterly morbidity and mortality review
- Do Community Health Services Screening preiodically
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
- Registered with the Singapore Medical Council
- Pleasant, good interpersonal skills and work will in a multidisciplinary team.
