Roles & Responsibilities

Casa Concetto

This position reports to the Business Manager and requires a skilled and creative Business Analyst to join our innovative team. The perfect candidate will be in charge of automating and connecting apps across various departments, with a special focus on utilizing Zapier and Shopify. The Business Analyst will closely collaborate with stakeholders to design workflows that boost effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze workflows to discover improvement opportunities.
Work with stakeholders to gather business needs and outline processes.
Evaluate processes for automation chances using technology, especially Zapier and Shopify.
Create process documentation and solution blueprints.
Test and deploy solutions, addressing issues when necessary.

Requirements:

Background in process enhancement or business analysis.
Excellent analytical and issue-solving abilities.
Proficiency in process documentation and solution planning.
Familiarity with automation tools, specifically Zapier and Shopify.
Relevant work experience and certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise in app integration using Zapier and Shopify.
Capability to work efficiently in cross-functional teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal competencies.
Detail-focused with a dedication to delivering top-notch results.
