    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Prior experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing
    • Assess business requirements and advise on feasibility and impact of business changes on systems, and impact of new systems/changes to the system.
    • Elicit, analyse and document business and information needs which can be supported by ICT solutions.
    • Work with support team to understand and address technical problems
    • Ensure system or product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and operations including testing
    • Nice-to-have requirements
    • · Familiar with Cloud environment – CI/CD, and cloud technologies
    • · Familiar with Agile methodologies
