- Handle all in-bound enquiries sent through emails, faxes or calls.
- Prepare quotations and advise on lead time for deliveries.
- Be familiar with different product ranges that FS is offering.
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders regarding order confirmations and delivery/logistics details.
- Maintain good rapport with both new and existing customers.
- Differentiate cost mark-ups used for different categories of customers.
- Ensure customers' orders/requirements are processed efficiently.
- Provide necessary support to individual division.
- Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
- GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
- 2 years' relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Preferably with knowledge of SAP
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and independent individual, with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision
- Proficient customer service skills
