  • You will enjoy having these responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate documentation deliverables among local teams, overseas teams and sub-contractors.-
  • Provide management information on the status of project documentation by maintaining CDRL Tracker.-
  • Editing, formatting and publishing of all documentation into project template.-
  • Maintain Configuration control for all document deliverables.-
  • Provide audit trail for Project and Product documentation.-
  • Control and issue of reviewed documentation.-
  • Create, issue and progress document transmittals to customer and between project teams.-
  • Collate Design approval request and submission deliverables.-
  • Maintain document change control and quality control procedures.-
  • Distribute the Decision Sheet from customer on documents to respective staff.-
  • Coordinate and support Project Admin for admin related tasks.-
  • Perform adhoc works as and when instructed by the reporting manager
  • You have:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as document controller in similar field
  • Excellent communication and coordination skill is a must
  • Prior experience in SAP is a plus.
  • Must be agile, innovative, team player, willing to work with tight timeline
  • Proficient in MS suite
  • Knowledge in ClearQuest would be a plus
  • Attention to details is essential
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Strong organization skills
  • Good team player with drive and initiative
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
