Our Singapore center ("ISAP" or "Information Systems Asia Pacific") is the 2nd largest IT setup (after Paris Head Office) for Crédit Agricole CIB's worldwide business. We work daily with international branches located in 30 markets by:

The Team

The Corporate and Support Functions IT Department (CSI) is an organization in charge of the implementation and maintenance of a portfolio of 70 in-house applications in the domain of Finance, Risk and Compliance.

Within this CSI Department, a team of five IT Architects is in charge of the information system design, digitalization and innovation.

This internship proposes that you join the Architecture team of the CSI department in order to contribute in the improvement of the Information System.

Main responsibilities

As a Java Software Engineer intern within the CSI Architecture team, you will have opportunity

• To be hands-on trendy technologies like Kafka, Kubernetes, Spark, Flink etc.
• To experiment on other new technologies by doing POC as part of CSI Lab initiative
• To work alongside the architecture team to get coached and mentored by them
• To get exposure to banking/financial services industry and to understand some basic knowledge on Finance, Risk ,Compliance , Client Data domains

Technical environment

Core programming languages: Java

Database: SQL Server / Postgres

Methodologies:

• Agile and/or Iterative development lifecycles
• Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery, DevOps

Tools:

• Intellij, Git, Jira, Wiki

Qualifications:

• Understanding of Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
• Java, SQL, and code quality skills

• Fluency in English

Education:

Pursuing or Completed Master's/Bachelor's program in Computers Science/IT or equivalent domain.
