Sales Support Executive - Singapore - IO3 PTE. LTD.
Description
As a Sales Support Executive, you will be working closely with our team of sales, logistics, technical, and finance teams.
In addition, your role requires you to build up proficient relationship management with our customers and suppliers.Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent relationship with customers and proficient relationship management in solving problems
- Assist Sales team with proposals, quotations, presentations, and reports
- Involvement in project preparation or solutions
- Work closely with Support & Operation teams to ensure proper support and communication with customers
- Following up with customer for administrative paperwork and responding to customer enquiries
- Processing orders in a timely manner, reviewing pending orders and customer requests
- Identify and create list of potential clients while maintaining databases of sales
- Coordination and arrangement liaison with ship owners, ship managers and vessels' appointed agents
- Provide support to Accounts team with invoicing matters including resolving invoice dispute and payment
- Handling administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams
Qualifications:
years working experience in similar capacity or Fresh graduates (Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Business or Maritime-related studies) are welcomed to apply
- Intermediate/ Advance Microsoft office skills (incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good administrative and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Fulltime commitment level
