Job Description:
An Account Executive manages relationships with existing clients and identifies opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Job Scope and Responsibilities:
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and goals.

Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to clients.

Provide product knowledge, recommendations, and solutions to clients.

Handle inquiries, concerns, and issues from clients promptly.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliverables.

Track and report on client account activities and sales performance.

Build strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Pay:
$50, $80,000.00 per year
