Core responsibilities include:


  • Assist CCOR Data Quality Lead in implementing and maintaining Data Quality Framework.
  • Execute Data Risk Management implementation roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, through datacentric analysis of CCOR data assets/stores.
  • Drive data controls efforts across multiple business processes and technology domains to ensure data risk identification and mitigation
  • Define CCOR CDO procedures to adhere to the Firmwide Data Risk Policy and Standards.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Risk Management, Business Process Owners, Data Providers, Data Owners, Data Quality Managers, Control Managers; other CDOs and key datarelated roles across Business and Technology to facilitate effective communication.
  • Partner with regional regulatory teams to stay abreast of datarelated regulatory initiatives
  • Present program level view of all CCOR CDO initiatives to senior management and governance forums
  • Achieve senior management buyin for project activities and next steps.
  • Pave the way for continuous improvement and serves as a change agent

Qualifications, experience, skills Required:


  • Minimum 6 years of demonstrated leadership experience in one or more of the following areas, Finance, Risk Controller, Internal/External Reporting, Business analysis, Data Governance, Project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines required; Finance related bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to converse and read in business Mandarin due to the client support needed in Greater China
  • Experience delivering strong governance and oversight across line of business and risk disciplines
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills; ability to lead projects independently
  • Knowledge and experience in data quality and Risk management preferred; understanding of relational databases and technology functions would be advantageous
  • Confident leader with strong judgment and poise to effectively interact/influence senior management who collaborates effectively across a dynamic organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simply; attention to detail; drive consensus
  • Effective change management skills ability to support & adapt within a changing environment
  • Selfstarter, able to work autonomously, with strong time management skills; efficient at multitasking and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands ontime, to a high standard
  • Basic understanding of the company's business practices and familiarity with the company's products and services
  • Knowledge / experience with the following will be an advantage: Tableau, QlikView, Alteryx (or similar data mining tools), PowerPoint & Visio
