- Responsible for specialized training for company data center operations and related businesses;
- Responsible for the development and training of technical courses for internal staff within the group;
- Conduct research and development of related teaching materials (training outlines, teaching PPTs, teaching materials, teaching cases, etc.);
- Prepare for lessons, summarize work, inspire learners' enthusiasm for learning, and improve training effectiveness;
- Complete the writing of technical documents and course video recording;
- Assist leaders in completing related course development work in accordance with market and technological trends;
- Assist in the publication of relevant course books;
- Assist in industry certification and certification promotion work;
- Timely completion of talent development within the industry.
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, networks, or related fields, with over 3 years of relevant data center operations experience;
- Proficient in server hardware maintenance knowledge, those with relevant certificates such as d and network-related certificates are preferred.
- Familiar with the installation, configuration, and management of VMWare virtual machines, and able to use them for teaching and experimental setups.
- Familiar with computer network knowledge, understanding of router switching and firewall configuration; familiar with mainstream network vendor products.
- Familiar with domestic industry dynamics of the company's operated products, grasp knowledge of cutting-edge technologies, possess knowledge in finance management, law, enterprise management, etc., and understand the technical knowledge of the company's operated products.
- Good communication skills, teamwork spirit for group collaboration, and good technical document writing abilities;
- Good problem-solving skills in computer system hardware, software, email, network, and daily office equipment;
- Passionate about work, proactive, honest and trustworthy, good resistance to pressure, execution ability, and learning ability;
- Priority consideration for CCNP, HCNP holders.
