- Developing and copy-writing content for articles, social media, and advertising campaigns, ensuring that marketing content created highlights key product attributes that are relevant to driver-partners
- Creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials (including social media, digital ads, videos etc) that align with GrabRentals' brand guidelines
- Updating and maintaining GrabRentals webpages and other social media channels
- Working closely with stakeholders to optimize ongoing ad campaign performance
- Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to GrabRentals website
- Executing in-app communications to target relevant driver-partners
- Actively proposing ideas to increase GrabRentals' branding
- Utilizing various mass and targeted marketing initiatives to promote GrabRentals products offerings to the appropriate driver-partners
- Undergraduate in Marketing, Communications, Media or other related courses
- Strong writing & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proficiency in any video editing/design software is an added advantage
- Create impactful and exciting content for GrabRentals and extend its reach
- Develop, plan, and manage a content calendar
- Utilize data to track and optimize performance to meet marketing funnel and spending efficiency objectives
- Stakeholder management through collaborations with various departments and external vendors

Support the Marketing function of GrabRentals, planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns, events, and communications to generate leads for the sales team and manage in-app communications for partners.

GrabRentals is the largest private-hire car rental fleet in Singapore, directly owned by Grab. We strive to be a trustworthy partner that creates income opportunities for our driver-partners and rider-partners by sustainably providing them access to quality assets for use in Grab's marketplaces.
The GrabRentals Marketing team utilizes an omni-channel approach to generate leads for the sales team to reach out to driver-partners and rider-partners who need to rent the vehicles. Our team also manages the in-app communications for our partners and supports partner engagement team in awareness and education campaigns.
The work we do requires a great amount of passion for customer experience, creativity and good marketing knowledge and skills. We are constantly striving to improve and optimize our marketing efforts.
