    Roles & Responsibilities

    JOB SCOPE

    • Perform day to day Basic AR/ AP activities such as issuing Invoices/Credit Notes/Receipts/ Payments
    • Receive incoming calls and reply emails
    • Follow Up payments on outstanding invoices
    • General Filing and Handling of Documentations
    • General Administrative Duties as assigned by superior

    REQUIREMENTS


    • Well verse in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)


    • Experience in similar role would be advantageous


    • Meticulous, well organized


    • Recent Graduate will be Considered
