Business Support Executive, Oral Care:


  • This role will be responsible for the business support extension mainly to support the Oral Care category for all global activities with specific coordination for APAC. Additionally, this role will be supporting the APAC Key Account Manager from Project Manager, Business Development to Supply Chain activities, reporting directly to Vice President (Oral Care), APAC._

The Position:

Project Management

  • Coordination of all incoming briefs and projects including postprocessing and analyzing:
  • Entering new projects in the internal project system and monitor the progress based on the targets and timeline set
  • Follow ups during the project process with the respective internal parties involved (Creation, Application, Regulatory, Research, Marketing)
  • Contribute with own ideas and guidance during the project discussions with Account Manager and key stakeholders.
  • Global coordination required between different Symrise sites across the regions
  • Customer communication on key support activities (client base, samples, documents)
Samples & Documents

  • Coordination and handling of all sample requests for client projects and internal activities
  • Initiating and monitoring dispatch of samples
  • Leading the communication for all sample related matters
  • Leading and coordinating all types of document requests (external/internal)
  • Request and create documents via internal Symrise system (SAP)
  • Liaise with Regulatory steward to create client specific documents for project submissions, claim support, conformity checks etc.
  • Coordination of regulatory requests and restriction analysis
  • Handling and coordination of related customer communication
Business Development/Financials

  • Coordinate and handle price storage in the internal system as well as supporting on updates
  • Communicate prices for officially quoted references (internally/externally) and support Account Managers on price quotes for new references if required
  • Prepare monthly sales reports on turnover, volume and margins and flag key observations
  • When required, prepare presentation slides with key financial updates for internal reviews
Supply Chain

  • Support Customer Service team on smooth handling of orders to the client
  • Timely deliveries
  • Liaise with Customer Service and Logistics on shipment and transport related issues
  • Customer agency communication on any issues or delays
Others

  • Support on organizing client as well as internal events and presentations
  • Coordination of all incoming client requests in alignment with the internal team
  • Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication and Advertising.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience and exposure in Fragrance, Flavor, Cosmetic industry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Comprehensive financial understanding and business orientated mindset
  • Strong computer skills and experience in working with Microsoft Office
