Description
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relavant from a recognized University.
- Minimum 15 year's of working experience in Singapore as M & E manager in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.
- Experience in Civil Building construction projects.
Job Description:
- Oversee project execution,all aspects of M&E works.
- Work closely with the clients, consultants and sub contractors on technical matters.
- Manage M&E subcontractors submission of method of statements,drawings,materials,samples.
- Coordinate with BIM team.
- Responsible for site supervision and coordination of M&E works with other trades such of civil, structural or architectural.
- Attend MEP and client/consultant meetings.
- Review M&E tender documents and contract requirements including proposal for value engineering
- Coordination of subcontractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
