- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring critical milestones are met throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Coordinate prototype development, testing and validation, collecting and analysing data to inform product refinements.
- Conduct product analysis, user testing and gather feedback to evaluate product usability, functionality and overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and advancements in product development methodologies to enhance product offerings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developer agency, designers, educators, IT team, marketing to ensure that timelines and product is developed to quality. Job Requirements

Job Duties and Responsibilities
This role will report to Assistant Vice President, Emerging Products and help to develop products under the Ranger Buddies brand that engages our target audience of families with children and educators.

\xc2\xb7 Gather user requirements and guest insights and translate it to user stories.
\xc2\xb7 Map digital user journey and refine touchpoints to improve conversions and engagement.
